It was enjoyable base for holidays. The staff was top-class, I stayed for 4 nights. A private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card were available in my twin room. I went to a good restaurant and appreciated the local dishes. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met expectations...

Overall - great place with WELCOMING staff in the reception desk. The economy room with 3 windows, a big bed, as for instance. Marvellous setting and restaurants and cafés next to the hotel.

The delightful food was a nice surprise. We had convenient amenities like a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card in the triple room. the location was fantastic, being close to the Tgc Press Media Museum.

Pleasant clean hotel, good price/quality ratio. Near shops, park, cafes. Very responsive friendly staff, helped in everything.

Very small room, one chair for two, very bad soundproofing (you can hear everything that happens outside), far from the subway and tram stop.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was excellent next to a residential area, the tramway station and unassuming. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge in the room. Good and amazing meals.

Room had a strong smoke smell from adjacent room. Staff member at reception was unhelpful and treated us poorly

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I think maybe it's a family run business? Anyway, it's a small hotel that has just opened up. Everything is very new and clean. Nice and quiet area, in walking distance from the grand bazaar and the Aya Sofia. If the weather is nicer (we were here mid-winter) there is a nice terrace on the roof as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return if I ever go back to Istanbul.

Only downside is that it was so new that none of the taxi drivers knew where it was, so that took some driving around.
